✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.
- Items must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
- Items delivered from courier can be returned in 24 hours.
- Products should remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
- Perishable items (like milk, curd, paneer, and other fresh dairy products) cannot be returned once opened.
🔄 Return Process
- Contact us through phone (+977-9705520356) or email (support@smsdairy.com.np) within 1 hour.
- Provide details of your order and, if possible, a photo of the product.
- Our support team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.
- Approved returns will be picked up by our delivery team or exchanged during your next delivery.
💰 Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred). Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used dairy products.
- Products returned after 1 hour of delivery.
- Items not purchased directly from smsdairy.com.np can also be returned or refunded. However, if the goods were purchased from one of our outlets, they must be returned at the nearest SMS Dairy outlet.
